Confrontation

How do we behave?

How do we react when someone challenges our belief system?

The very fact they challenge us may mean

they are not secure in their own beliefs.

Do we react with anger, resistance, fear or withdrawal?

Is there a way to react to avoid a major confrontation,

a way to react with civility?

If the other person is aggressive, do we withdraw and

hide our reaction, then let these feelings seethe and

boil with anger under the surface?

Do we hide behind our mask - the demeanor we present to the world?
